Graduate Recruitment

The Practice offers new graduates an ideal environment in which to begin their civil and structural engineering career. Due to the wide range of projects undertaken and the philosophy of rotating design team members to broaden individual experience, new graduates are exposed to interesting and exciting challenges to their ability and knowledge at an early stage.

The Practice supports new graduates towards membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Institution of Structural Engineers, and staff regularly attend training courses both externally and in-house.
